Potluck meatloaf is wonderful hot..........

and good cold for sandwiches.

Potluck Meatloaf
2 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of cornbread crumbs
3/4 cup of minced onion
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of horseradish
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of catsup or thick tomato pulp
1 teaspoon of dried mustard

Mix all of the ingredients together and form into a loaf.
Spread additional catsup on top and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.


PIZZA MEATLOAF
Here is a supper dish the kids will rave about!

1 cup pizza sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon oregano, crushed
Dash of pepper
Green pepper
3 cups cornflakes
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1. Save 1/3 cup pizza sauce for topping.
2. Combine remaining sauce with egg, seasoning and green pepper.
3. Crush cornflakes and add.
4. Mix in ground beef.
5. Shape in shallow baking pan. Bake for one hour.
Brush on half of seasoned sauce. Bake 20 minutes.
Brush on remaining sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes more
